Pattie’s All Levels Slow Flow via Zoom

Discover the dance of yoga through this slow and radiant moving meditation guided by breath.  Using a yogic lens of awareness, conscious relaxation, and strategic breathing techniques, we connect to our hearts and move into gentle warming and flowing sequences that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.  We then build up to explore warmer, more challenging asanas (physical poses) and sequences that are versatile and effective for connecting us to our core and building overall strength, stability, and mobility.  Near the end, we integrate short sequences of yin and restorative poses to still and settle the mind and body and re-balance our energy, preparing us for deep release and relaxation.  This practice fosters our presence, awareness, and our true nature, inviting a spirit of peace, compassion, an open heart, and gratitude.  Experience deep peace, balance, flexibility, and clarity throughout body and mind.  Come de-stress, uplift, restore, and rejuvenate your whole being with us!

Grace’s Power Vinyasa Flow via Zoom

This is a slow, powerful, and dynamic practice that warms the body and soul.  Explore more challenging asanas (physical poses) through versatile and effective sequencing increasing core strength and overall strength, stability, flexibility, and stamina.  Near the end, we integrate short sequences of yin and restorative poses to still and settle the mind and body and re-balance our energy, preparing us for deep release and relaxation.  Come de-stress, uplift, restore, and rejuvenate your whole being with us!

*This is an intermediate-all level Vinyasa class with moderate to vigorous levels of intensity.  All levels of experience are welcome, however not recommended for absolute beginners.  As always, please modify the practice to your needs and rest whenever needed.  Power Vinyasa Flow classes are provided by Grace Law.  Please see our schedule for the most updated information.  

 
 

Restorative Yoga with Marcie via Zoom

Restorative yoga is the antidote to life’s turbulence.  Feel the benefit of increased awareness and the re-balancing of your energy as areas of stress and tension melt away in this gentle restorative practice.  Discover and give yourself the gift of your own inner light, clarity, and peace.

Root to Rise:  All Levels Morning Flow via Zoom

Greet and honor the day and yourself with a wonderfully radiant morning flow!  Begin the day by easing into your body, connecting to your heart, and setting your heart-felt intentions from your highest consciousness.  We build into warming sun salutations and awakening sequences to connect to the core of your being and to increase your strength, stability, and mobility of the whole body, preparing your entire being for deep release and relaxation.  Tune-in to the breath and your awareness and feel every joyful sensation as you awaken the mind, body, and soul.  Breath in abundance and a fresh new perspective with appreciation and gratitude!  Nourish your whole being and open your heart to the beauty within and around you.  Finally, invite love, unity, and freedom to guide you from the start of your day!

Radiant Morning Vinyasa Flow via Zoom

All Levels Slow Flow + Roll & Release with Pattie (In-Studio Only)

Focused on increasing proprioception, strength, and mobility of your body and your joints, this class will deepen your understanding of your body and it’s relation to movement through the foundation and alignment of Yoga poses and unique targeted exercises.  Using a yogic lens of awareness, conscious relaxation, and strategic breathing techniques, the class begins with targeted self-massage using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to bring increased awareness and increased blood flow and fluid to the multiple layers of connective tissues, followed by gentle flowing sequences to warm and nourish the body.  Through intelligent and effective sequencing we will also explore many unique and challenging asanas (physical poses) and exercises that increase core, joint, and overall strength and stability.  Near the end, we integrate short sequences of yin and restorative yoga to still and settle the mind and body and re-balance our energy.  Open to beginners and anyone looking to transform their physical practice into an intimate understanding and a playground of exploration.  Come de-stress, uplift, restore, and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with us!

Tranquility: An Eclectic Restorative Practice by Marcie (In-Studio Only)

This gentle restorative practice is an antidote to life’s daily turbulence. We’ll create the conditions for relaxation through an eclectic mix of restorative practices. With mindfulness, we will begin by exploring guided self massage using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to provide targeted trigger point healing that penetrates layers of tissue and muscle to massage deeply into your high-tension or over-stressed areas.  We’ll then explore mudras and guided meditations to begin to slow down.  Finally, we will use props like bolsters and blankets to support our body in asanas (postures) that are grounded and longer held, in order to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system’s response.  As we turn our attention inward, we allow areas of stress and tension to melt away. Our bodies feel the benefit of increased awareness and our energy is re-balanced. As we do less, stillness arrives, and we receive the gift of discovery of our own inner light, clarity and peace.

Body Synergy Core Yoga

Develop the strong, lean, and graceful body of a dancer, while helping to relieve lower back pain by targeting the body’s supportive, but often weak core muscles.  Deep core strengthening and Yoga infused with Pilates exercises offer a dynamic, low impact way to enhance athletic performance, promote flexibility, core strength and stability, and reduce overall stress.  We will also use the relaxation techniques and restorative counterposes of Yoga to close the practice and rest in between exercises.

Katharine’s All Levels Morning Flow + Sound Healing (In-Studio Only)

Greet and honor the day with our gentle morning flow. In this class, we will explore soft flowing sun salutations, gentle movement, some dynamic strengthening, stretching, and awakening sequences. Tune in and feel every joyful sensation as you awaken your mind and body, breathing in abundance and a fresh, new perspective with appreciation and gratitude. Nourish your being and open your heart to the beauty within and around you, and invite unity and freedom to guide you from the start of your day.

Barbara’s Family Yoga for Kids (In-Studio Only)

Bring play to your practice and spend time with the family! This class focuses on engaging younger children (from 5-11 yrs old) and offers them a safe and supportive space to begin their yoga practice with play and joy. Classes include yoga-inspired games and interactive poses where they will learn valuable motor skills, building self-confidence and self-awareness, while improving flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation, children will gain an overall sense of well being in a fun and positive environment. Yoga helps to increase focus and awareness by building strong bodies and minds and improves health and wellness for the whole family!

Classes are taught by Barbara Pesci Rosenberg, RN, RYT, RCYT, experienced Yoga Alliance Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher

Cancellation Policy (For In-Studio Classes Only):  Space is limited and many classes book to full capacity.  Please be considerate of the instructor and others who wish to attend or who may be waitlisted for the class and be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class or you will be charged for the class.  If you have a monthly unlimited membership and you do not cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class, you may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $20.
