Service Description

*Mask Optional, All Levels, Moderate-Vigorous Build strength, flexibility and balance in this dynamic Vinyasa Flow class. Postures and breaths are linked together by smooth and fluid transitions. Strong emphasis on breathing throughout the class adds meditative qualities to this fun work out. Each class offers novelty and challenge to new and experienced students. All levels of practice are welcomed. *Do not attempt to participate if you experience symptoms of illness or have been exposed to anyone physically ill within the past 10 days. Butterfly Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed a health or safety risk, and/or to reschedule classes if there is need to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Space is limited and many of our small group classes book to full capacity. Please be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class or you may be charged for the class.
