Service Description

Olga's signature sequencing focused on strengthening major muscle groups and boosting cardio vascular endurance. Benefits of HIIT Pilates go beyond mere weight management, cardio and strength gains. Moderate aerobic endurance exercises performed 3 times per week and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has shown to reduce cellular aging. Moderate and HIIT exercises matter the most when it comes to reducing cortisol (notorious stress hormone) and reducing oxidative stress (process known to damage our cells and DNA). Diabetes prevention is another great benefit of HIIT workouts. HIIT training boosts our metabolic rate and increases EPOC (Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) helping to burn more calories hours after the workout. *This class is mask optional. Do not attempt to participate if you experience symptoms of illness or have been exposed to anyone physically ill within the past 10 days. Butterfly Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed a health or safety risk, and/or to reschedule classes if there is need to do so.
