Service Description

Our kids dance and yoga class includes spirited yoga inspired themes, games, and interactive poses as well as dance drawing from many forms of dance such as Hula, Tribal, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Folk. They will learn valuable motor skills, build self-confidence and self-awareness, while improving focus, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through dance, yoga, breathing exercises and relaxation, children gain an overall sense of well being in a wonderfully fun and supportive environment. *Parent and or guardian must be available to the child during the entirety of the class and may or may not choose to join and participate. Please do not attempt to participate if you or the child has experienced symptoms of illness or have been exposed to anyone physically ill within the past 10 days. Butterfly Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed a health or safety risk, and/or to reschedule classes if there is need to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Space is limited and many of our small group classes book to full capacity. Please be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class or you may be charged for the class.
