Experience the empowerment of a personalized practice that meets you where you are and that will grow and change with you as you develop a life long practice that supports you in all aspects of life. Classes offer a wonderful potential to share growth and energy, but are often limited when it comes to individual attention. Insightful and encouraging guidance and attention alongside effective and consistent practice will also help you to invite a deeper understanding of Self and your practice. Lessons can be scheduled either in the privacy of your home, park/outdoor area, or at a studio. 1 Hour Private Lesson: $120 5 Pack-1 Hour Private Lessons: $500 90 Minute Private Lesson: $150

Cancellation Policy

Space is limited and many of our small group classes book to full capacity. Please be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class or you may be charged for the class.
